Diane Senakievich

Diane is an alumni of St. Clairsville High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio University, where she earned a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. Thereafter, she attended Ohio Northern University and completed her law degree in two years. 

Diane began her career in 2003 with a boutique firm in Wheeling, WV. She primarily practiced in civil litigation. During her employment, she was named as a Best Lawyer for five consecutive years, an award only given to the top 5% of lawyers in their practice area. Additionally, Diane is a Mental Hygiene Commissioner for the 1st Judicial Circuit in West Virginia. After nearly 20 years, Diane has chosen to return to her hometown and join Shaheen Law Group. She will primarily focus on civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, construction disputes, contracts, business law, real estate and financial transactions. 

Diane is licensed in Ohio and West Virginia, as well as the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Southern District of West Virginia and the Northern District of West Virginia. She resides in St. Clairsville with her husband and three children. She is extremely active in the community and is a youth group leader where she mentors teens at a local church.
